The Plan Day 4

Coffee!!  How I've missed you!

Changes:
Down 6 pounds from original weight.

What I had today:
Breakfast:  Coffee!  With a splash of cream  (I went without the granola today and just enjoyed my coffee!)
Lunch:  Spinach salad with veggies
Snack:  Veggies and hummus
Dinner:  Grilled chicken and broccoli
Snack:  1 ounce dark chocolate, strawberries and homeade whipped cream
